All power supply failures within 3 years are covered including parts and labour. We keep spare PSUs in Delhi for same-week replacement.
Nova Star and Linsn sending/receiving card failures are covered under warranty. Remote diagnostics available for most software-related issues.
For NCR customers: on-site service within 48 hours. For other cities: replacement parts dispatched next-day with remote guidance for local technicians.
