Arc LED panels are rigid LED cabinets engineered to curve along a defined radius. The CVHF achieves a minimum circle radius of 0.636 metres — enabling tight cylindrical wraps around columns, curved stage backdrops, and circular display installations. Available in both concave (inward) and convex (outward) configurations.
Ultra-thin LED film displays (2mm thick) can be applied to virtually any curved surface including curved glass, cylindrical columns, and irregular architectural features. LED sphere displays are modular — individual panels on the sphere surface can be replaced without dismantling the entire structure. We design in access hatches at the base of spheres for routine maintenance access. The manufacturer provides 3-year warranty coverage with panel replacement logistics.
Curved and creative LED installations are priced per project based on: total sq.ft of display area, pixel pitch specification, structural complexity, and installation access.
